The PALAIS LEONIA is an exceptional residence, a palace to be privatized at the gates of Marrakech. The property, built on land with an area of 1.400 hectares, has 1280 m/2 of living space as well as 1600 m/2 of terraces and solariums, all facing the Atlas mountains . This sumptuous residence is less than 45 minutes from MENARA airport and approximately 30 minutes from the Mamounia hotel . The PALAIS LEONIA has a majestic entrance porch, protected by an automatic barrier as well as a gate, video surveillance and a guard who secures the property 24/7. By discovering the configuration of the PALAIS LEONIA, you will truly become aware of the refinement of the property. The main building has two royal suites with dressing rooms, as well as another royal suite with another adjoining double bedroom . Each suite has a large bathroom, equipped with a shower, spa bath, double sinks, separate toilets , and even a heated floor and air conditioning.
