The PALAIS LEONIA is an exceptional residence, a palace to be privatized at the gates of Marrakech. The property, built on land with an area of 1.400 hectares, has 1280 m/2 of living space as well as 1600 m/2 of terraces and solariums, all facing the Atlas mountains . This sumptuous residence is less than 45 minutes from MENARA airport and approximately 30 minutes from the Mamounia hotel . The PALAIS LEONIA has a majestic entrance porch, protected by an automatic barrier as well as a gate, video surveillance and a guard who secures the property 24/7.

The main building has two royal suites with dressing rooms, as well as another royal suite with another adjoining double bedroom . Each suite has a large bathroom, equipped with a shower, spa bath, double sinks, separate toilets , and even a heated floor and air conditioning. In addition, the suites have high-speed internet, TV, mini bar, safe , and a fireplace to really enjoy your privacy.
A large living room, living room and dining room, as well as a large equipped kitchen occupy the ground floor . The entrance to the Villa leaves a vestibule with toilet and hand basin for guests. In the basement, you will find a very large laundry room with appliances and huge cupboards.

In the wooded park, you will have the pleasure of discovering a huge swimming pool heated in winter, 36 meters long and 22 meters wide, equipped with numerous diving boards and two counter-current swimming systems. The enchantment continues through the 2000 lights of the swimming pool and the park... The latter is magical, with superb paths, around 8000 m2 of lawn, hundreds of century-old palm trees, a huge rose garden and a multitude of lemon, orange and other trees cactus. To frame this luxury and exceptional comfort , the PALAIS LEONIA has a heliport sheltered from prying eyes.
